Tucked away in the heart of the charming Cornish village of St Erth, just moments from the stunning coastline of St Ives and Hayle, Anvil Properties offers two beautifully appointed holiday homes within one lovingly restored 17th-century barn.
Anvil House
A beautifully presented 3 bedroom, property with private courtyard and parking. Anvil House, constructed in the 1600’s is a typically beautiful Kernow granite cottage, wet lay slate roofing, boasts 2 inglenook fireplaces with wood burning stoves one each in the dining room and the comfy snug. A large family bathroom with shower and bath, fully fitted kitchen, sun porch at the back leading to a sunny courtyard & alfresco dining area.

Anvil – The Old Smithey
Next door, The Old Smithey retains the authentic charm of its heritage with exposed granite, a cosy fireplace, and traditional slate roofing. This lovely 1 bedroom cottage features a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for romantic getaways or laid-back coastal adventures.
